than you pc crashing! Jor, it was my hard drive they think at best buy like you said. buy the time I bought all the stuff to get it going and then updated, it cost the same to buy a new one! this one flies!!! its so much faster!
biggest problem is I lost all my email addresses and site favorites, but oh well, at least I'm back on!

as for pcs, I'm a computor moron. I know almost nothing about them. was gonna try and fix the other, but it would have been a mess and I might not ever got back on!
